You can return unwanted products if they are unopened and unused and in their own original packaging . Goods must be returned in full pack quantities, we cannot offer any refunds if a partial pack quantity is returned or the box is damaged and not in resaleable condition.

Shopler will pay the costs of return if the products are faulty or misdescribed. In all other circumstances (including where you are a consumer exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the costs of return.
