Shipping


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

  • Standard shipping is FREE on orders over £100.00 exclude VAT to the UK Mainland.
  • Orders received before 3pm GMT Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day. Any orders placed after 3pm GMT Thursday, will be delivered on Monday. Any orders placed after 5pm on Friday, will be delivered on Tuesday.
  • For the moment, Free delivery is for UK mainland only, it does not apply to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Isle of Man and all offshore Isles.
  • To qualify for free UK mainland delivery, your order must be £100 exclude VAT or over and cannot weight more than 70kg or be more than five (5) parcels. If you order weights more than 70kg or is more than five (5) parcels, you will be required to pay a further £6.99 +VAT for each extra parcel before we can release your order for delivery.
  • It is the customers' responsibility to be in when your order is due for delivery. It is essential to arrange to have your order delivered to an address where someone will be there to receive it. Packages are usually delivered in next working day after receipt of payment.
  • All our services are track able and if you call us then we will be happy to supply you with tracking details of your parcel.
  • Packages are usually delivered in next working day after receipt of payment. Please bear in mind that although this service is generally reliable it is not guaranteed and no delivery time is stipulated.
  • No deliveries will be made on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and bank holidays.

Returns Policy

  • All returns are at the customer’s expense-This includes wrongly ordered goods.
  • We are unable to refund carriage charges due to incurred costs as soon as the goods are dispatched from our store.
  • For non-defective goods returned by the customer to the company, within 3 days of their delivery, the company will refund the price paid minus a re-stocking administration fee of 20% of the value of the order.
  • If your order includes a small order charge, this will not be included as part of the refund
  • Where items are being returned we insist that they are returned unopened and unused and in their own original packaging. Goods must be returned in full pack quantities. We cannot offer any refunds if a partial pack quantity is returned.
  • Please make sure you get a receipt from the post office or delivery service when you return an item in case of damage or loss.
  • Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right in writing and it is received by us within 3 working days of receipt of order. All goods must be returned by the customer at their expense.
  • The Customer must notify the Company in writing by letter, fax or email within 3 working days of delivery.
  • The Customer will bear the cost of returning the goods to the Company unless the goods are being returned because they are defective, in which case the Company will arrange for the goods to be collected by their nominated carrier. All customers are obliged to retain possession of goods and take reasonable care of them.
  • Please note that if you wish to cancel your order once dispatched, this is only possible in accordance with the procedure given here. Simply refusing delivery of your parcel is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  • For non-defective goods returned by the customer to the company, within 7 days of their delivery, the company will refund the price paid minus a re-stocking administration fee of 20% of the value of the order.
  • On receipt of the goods by the Company the Customer will receive a credit, exchange or refund to the total value of goods returned subject to the goods being returned in an unspoiled, sale-able condition. Refunds take 4-7 working days to be processed.
